Our stay at this stunning 17th-century building exceeded all expectations! The lounge was gigantic, and we loved sipping drinks on the charming balcony while enjoying live saxophone music from the neighboring rooftop. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the apartment had everything we needed. Anna was incredibly helpful, allowing us a late check-out. The location was perfect, with excellent restaurants nearby and a walkable distance to all attractions. We absolutely adored this atmospheric, self-catering haven!

Soundproofing: I was amazed by the soundproofing in this apartment. It was so effective that I could have sworn I was in a silent meditation retreat instead of a bustling city. I even tried playing some rock music at full volume, and not a single sound escaped the walls. It was like living in my own little bubble of tranquility.
Couch: The couch in the apartment could use a little upgrade. While it didn't bother me much personally, as I wasn't there for the interior decoration, I can see how it might be a point of contention for some guests.

The apartment in Dorsoduro, a quiet residential neighborhood, was a delightful retreat during my stay. The soundproofing allowed me to enjoy evenings undisturbed, just like a world-class opera singer performing in a soundproof booth. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, making me feel like a movie star relaxing in my own private cinema. And the dishwasher? It was like having a fabulous butler who discreetly took care of all the dirty work, leaving me with more time to explore the charming city of Venice.
No oven in the kitchen.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. - Great location close to the vaporetto and a variety of dining options nearby.
The interior decoration of the apartment was outdated and randomly put together, although cleanliness was not an issue. Limited hot water for two people and mold in the shower.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to St Mark's Square and all the major tourist attractions. We loved being in the heart of the city, surrounded by the vibrant energy of the crazy tourist area. the room was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the canal.
The interior of the apartment was a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was extremely clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed for my 5-day trip. The host, Anna, was very friendly and hospitable, making sure I felt right at home. The apartment's location was perfect - not in the crazy tourist area, but still close to everything. I could easily walk to St Mark's Square and other attractions. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, as well as a market square where I could purchase fresh produce and fish from local canal boats. The apartment itself was stunning, with its beautiful traditional style and grand living room. I especially loved the small balcony overlooking the garden, providing a peaceful escape in this vibrant neighborhood. The kitchen, although small, had everything I needed including a kettle and coffee maker. the space was spacious and interesting, with unique little nooks and rooms.
Nothing negative to say.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Venice for a few days. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before check-in and ensuring the property was ready for us on time. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen for making our own meals. The location was perfect - situated on a quiet street but still close to all the hot spots in the city. Additionally, the host was extremely attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
